Paid Technical Support - Service Terms
Support packages are offered upon purchasing/installing "Rose Software Ltd." Products:
- Support packages can be purchased in case difficulties arise by means of using any of our products. Our technicians will be more than happy to assist you solving your current problems related to our software products.
- Our support packages do not include computer setup and/or software installation.
- We will do our best to solve all your technical problems; however, there is no absolute guarantee for eliminating all possible intricacies.
- We are not a computer consulting service covering general matters relating to your computer or diverse installed software products. During a technical support call, our technicians will only address support questions strictly related to the current versions of our products.
- Our technical support rates are very reasonable. We charge $85/hr for our professional support packages. Support packages are intended to reflect normal, realistic technical requirements.
Support Expectations:
- Users are entitled to unlimited free email consultations for the first 30 days after setting up "Rose Software Ltd." software products on their computers; however, beyond this point customers can purchase email consultation packages as follow:
- The price of an email consultation package is $5/month - this includes unlimited support requests by emails within the billing month.
- Technical support is done via:
- Skype - customers can inquire support related matters via Skype from the available support representative during regular business hours (as indicated on our website).
- Teamviewer - Teamviewer is our preferred application for fast and secure remote access to customers' remote desktops.
- "Tech Support by the Minute" package – the cost of the "Tech Support by the Minute" package is $10 for the first ten minutes and $1/minute thereafter in one minute increments.
Support packages are strictly limited to registered user companies or individuals who downloaded and installed our software products. Software registration is set to customers' email addresses. Support packages are not transferable and expire at the end of every billing month. Unused support packages are not refundable.
Note: All prices are in United States dollars (USD). Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.
